Aerospace and defense production are "bread and butter" industries for King-Tek EDM. Over the past 10 years, we have made everything from Turbine engine components, hydraulic sleeves, actuator valves, and fuel injector units to door hinges and latches. King-Tek is an approved vendor for most the major aerospace companies including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Parker Hannifin, Spacex and HR Textron to name just a few.

Flight Grids are EDMed on compound angles. We start with a 220-lb. plate of aluminum. When the part is complete, it weighs just 1.6 pounds.
